BELLINGHAM- Normand A. LeBeau, 84, of Bellingham, MA died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at Landmark Medical Center on Tuesday, December 26, 2011, one day short of his 85th birthday.
Born in Woonsocket on December 27, 1926, he is the son of the late Adelard and Lillian (Ambroult) LeBeau of Woonsocket, RI and recently celebrated 60 years of marriage to his beloved wife, Jean (Wojnar) LeBeau of Bellingham.
Mr. LeBeau proudly served in the US Navy, Army, and Air Force, retiring after 22 years of service at installations in London, England, Manhattan Beach, NY, Goldsboro, NC, Anchorage, AK, and San Antonio, TX before settling in Bellingham and working at the US Army Soldier's System Center in Natick, MA for 18 years until his retirement. Mr. LeBeau loved hunting, and fishing, playing cards, western movies, spending time with his family. He was a life member of the Woonsocket Elks Lodge #850. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three loving daughters: Christine Beauregard and her husband Raymond of Pascoag, RI, Marcia Lambert and her husband Robert of Long Beach, CA and Tammy Beauparlant and her husband Francis of Woonsocket, RI. He is also survived by his cherished three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. He is the brother of the late Edward LeBeau.
Funeral will be held on Friday January 6th at 9:30AM from CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30AM at St. Joseph's Church, Mendon Road, Woonsocket, RI. Interment will follow at St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours are on Thursday, January 5th from 7 to 9PM at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
