LINCOLN- Gloria L. (Beaudry) Provencal, of 2 School St., Lincoln, RI and Deerfield Beach, FL died peacefully Friday, January 6, 2012 surrounded by her children. She was the beloved wife of the late Normand J. Provencal.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Omer and Eva (Dubois) Beaudry.
Mrs. Provencal was the owner of Park Avenue Fashions Bridal Store in Woonsocket, RI for 17 years. She and her husband spent their past 20 + years snowbirding between their close family up in RI and their beloved close friends down in their "heaven on earth" in Deerfield Beach, FL.
She is survived by a son, Bruce Provencal and his wife Peggy of Harrisville, two daughters, Carol Vadenais of Sarasota, FL and Diane Cianfarani and her husband Norman of Lakewood Ranch, FL. She also leaves eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A calling hour will be held Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 10-11AM followed by a service at 11 AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 N. Main St. Providence, RI 02904.
