BELLINGHAM- Joseph J. Indelicato, 68, of Bellingham, MA passed away unexpectedly at home on January 16, 2012. He was the beloved husband for 30 years of Carol A. (Daigle) Indelicato.
Born in Revere, MA on December 4, 1943, he was the son of the late Ingatius and Louise (Marcantonio) Indelicato.
He was the loving father of Jessica C. Walsh and her husband, Sean of Worcester, MA, Lisa Indelicato of Daytona Beach, FL, Robert Joyal of Bellingham, MA, and John Indelicato and his wife, Heather of Boca Raton, FL. He was the brother of Anna Stewart and her husband, George of Concord, NH, Margaret Ferrara and her husband, Gus of York Beach, ME, Joyce Indelicato and Ken Eisenbraun of Natick, MA. He also leaves his father and mother in law, Gerard L. and Phyllis Daigle, Sr.; his brother in law, Bellingham Police Chief Gerard L. Daigle, Jr. and his wife Jane; his sister in law, Lynn Bruce and Edward Clifford, all of Bellingham, MA, and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves his cherished dog "Mordecai".
A resident of Bellingham for 33 years formerly of Millis and Brighton, MA and was a graduate of Brighton High School Class of 1961. Joe worked as a product designer for LSI Retail Graphics of Woonsocket, RI for over 15 years until retiring in 2009. Joe had his own wood shop "The Wooden Nickel" in Bellingham, and worked for Van Lumber of Bellingham. He also taught Adult Education Classes in woodworking in Milford and Franklin. He enjoyed movies, an avid cook, loved camping in Plymouth, and was an avid hot rod enthusiast. Devoted to his family, he will be greatly missed.
Funeral will be held on Saturday, January 21st at 9:00AM from CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM at St. Blaise Church, 1158 So. Main St., Bellingham. Visiting hours are on Friday, January 20th from 5 to 8PM at the funeral home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
