BLACKSTONE- Roman W. Gongoleski, 66 of Blackstone, MA passed away on Monday, January 23, 2012 at Milford Regional Medical Center.
Born in Woonsocket, RI on May 13, 1945, he was the son of the late Raymond and Wladyslawa (Ostrowski) Gongoleski.
He was the father of Jeffrey Gongoleski and his wife, Jennifer of Cumberland, RI, Kristine Lewis and her husband, Kevin of Tiverton, RI, Cheryl Berard and her husband, Mark of Woonsocket, RI and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was the brother of Richard Gongoleski and his wife, Margaret of North Smithfield, RI, Gregory Gongoleski and his wife, Kathleen of North Smithfield, RI, Warren Gongoleski and his wife, Phyllis of Blackstone, MA, Gail Mondoux and her husband, John of North Smithfield, RI, Rosalyn Zito of Georgia and the late Rodney Gongoleski.
A longtime resident of Blackstone, MA, formerly of North Smithfield, RI where he was raised. He was a member of the Cercle Laurier in Woonsocket.
Funeral will be held on Saturday, January 28th with a Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00PM at St. Paul's Church, St. Paul St., Blackstone, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
