All the scoring took place in the second period. The Mounties scored the first two goals on scores by Allison Shea at 4:29 and Elisabeth Berard at 6:42, but less than two minutes later, the Bengals (4-4-1) managed to knot the score.
Sophomore goalie Sarah Erban was stellar with 32 saves for the Mounties, who will duel La Salle (also 10-1) in a battle for first place tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Adelard Arena.
