Woonsocket - Paul V. Rossato, 55, died March 5, 2012. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of Plinio and Evelyn Rossato.
Paul was a 1975 graduate of Woonsocket High School, where he was a sprinter running the 100 yd dash and the recipient of many awards. He also attended the University of Rhode Island.
He was the owner and operator of A.A. Victorio Cycles for 23 years, and was well known for his knowledge and expertise in that field. He had great pride for its excellent reputation. He was the exclusive dealer in the country for the custom made "Grondis" Italian frame bicycles.
His funeral will be held on Thursday March 15, 2012 at 9 A.M. form the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, R.I. with a Mass of Christian burial at 10 A.M. in St. Anthony's Church, Greene St. Woonsocket. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland, R.I. Relatives and friends are in invited; calling hours are Wednesday from 4-7 P.M.
In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to Narsad, 60 Cutter Mill Road, Great Neck, New York, N.Y. 11021.
