CUMBERLAND- Gerald A. Gingras, 76, of Cumberland, died Sunday March 18, 2012, in Landmark Medical Center, with his family by his side.
He was the husband of Lucille (Dubois) Gingras.
Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Roland and Anna (Pincince) Gingras.
Mr. Gingras was a United States Army Veteran.
He worked as a Baker for the Former Fernandes Super Market for 35 years, and also for Leo's Bakery, and Rojacks.
Besides his wife Lucille, he is survived by two sons Thomas and wife Paula Gingras, of Woonsocket, and James and wife Brindalyn Gingras, of Uxbridge. Two sisters, Claire Charest of Woonsocket, and Rita Munyon, of Florida, Nine Grandchildren and one Great-Grandaughter.
He was the father of the late Ricky Gingras and brother of the late Roger and Richard Gingras.
His Funeral Service and Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society of Rhode Island, 931 Jefferson Blvd. Warwick, R. I. 02886, in Gerald's Memory would be appreciated. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, R.I. is in charge of the arrangements.
