MILFORD, MA- L. "Eddie" Plante of Milford, MA. Died Sunday morning (April 15, 2012) surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Norma E. (Tomasini) Plante.
He was born in Northbridge, MA, the son of the late Rosaire and the late Bertha (Jacques) Plante.
He was a Korean War US Army veteran.
Besides his wife of (57) years, he leaves (2) daughters, Sharon, Wife of Atty. Jeffrey Goldstein of Bellingham, MA and Gina, wife of Jeffrey Gottlieb M.D. Of South Glastonbury, CT; (6) grandchildren, (1) brother, Ronald Plante.
His funeral will be held on Saturday morning (April 21) at 9 AM from the Edwards Memorial Funeral Home
(www.edwardsmemorialfuneral home.com) 44 Congress Street, Milford, MA.
followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter Street, Milford, MA. Burial with military honors will follow in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Medway Road (Rte. 109) Milford, MA. Visiting hours will be held on Friday (April 20) from 6PM-8PM.
