LINCOLN- Annette L. (Gaboury) Hopkins, 72, of School Street, Albion, died April 20, 2012 in Providence.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Wilfrid and Antoinette (Jolicoeur) Gaboury.
She worked as a Registered Nurse for over thirty years in the former Fogarty Hospital, the Day Kimble Hospital in Putnam, CT, and the Hebert Nursing Home.
Annette enjoyed her family, her many friendships, travel, reading, going to see movies and time at the beach.
She is survived by her son Jeffrey Hopkins and his wife Teresa of Lincoln, her daughters Lynn Hopkins of Warwick and Kimberly Hopkins of Manville, two sisters, Lucille Gentile and her husband Gary of Burrillville and Helen LeBlanc of Orlando, FL. She was the grandmother of Jessica, Katherine and Jason Hopkins, Kayla Farquhar, and Nicholas and Christopher Reynolds. She was predeceased by her siblings, Wilfrid Gaboury Jr, Claire and Gerard Gaboury.
Her funeral service will be Tuesday, April 24th at 9:30AM from the Fournier and Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St, Woonsocket with a Church Service in Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 120 Nate Whipple Highway, Cumberland at 10:30AM. Burial will follow in St Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham, MA. Calling hours are Monday, 4-7PM.
