NORTH SMITHFIELD- Creighton Fitzpatrick, 41, of North Smithfield, died April 23, 2012 in the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. Born in Woonsocket, he is the son of Margaret (Kennedy) Fitzpatrick of North Smithfield, and Harold Fitzpatrick of Woonsocket.
He worked as a restaurant manager for Ellie's in Blackstone and also worked as a home loan officer. Mr. Fitzpatrick was a 1988 graduate of Woonsocket High School, a New England sports enthusiast, was an avid reader and especially enjoyed watching movies.
Besides his parents he is survived by his brother Joseph Piotrowski and wife Linda of Woonsocket, his sister Kathleen Ferreira and husband Richard of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and he also leaves nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 9:30 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Blackstone, MA. Calling hours are Friday from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Home and Hospice Care, 1085 North Main St. Providence or to the Northern RI Oncology Program, 115 Cass Ave. Woonsocket.
