WOONSOCKET- Patricia A. Fortino, 71, of Woonsocket, died April 24, 2012 in Landmark Medical Center.
Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Fortino. She lived in Woonsocket for most of her life.
She worked as a secretary for the former Rosecraft Jewelry Company in Woonsocket retiring in 1996, and previously worked for the former CD Burns Company for 15 years. Pat was a active member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 29 years.
She is survived by her two sons Andrew Albanese of Woonsocket, and James Albanese of Glendale, two sisters Marion Merten of Newark, NJ and Joann Deo of New Brunswick, NJ and two granddaughters Angela and Amanda Albanese. She was preceded in death by her husband Angelo and their daughter Maria Albanese.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 11 AM in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 259 Oliver St. Newark, NJ. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Calling hours are Saturday from 5 - 8 PM in The Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St. Woonsocket.
