NORTH SMITHFIELD- Raymond J. Lapierre, Sr., 55, of St. Paul Street, North Smithfield, died May 13, 2012 in his home. He was the husband of Linda L. (Beauregard) Lapierre.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of the late Aram and Noella (LaFlash) Lapierre.
Mr. Lapierre was an antiques dealer.
Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Raymond J. Lapierre, Jr. of Danielson, CT and Jeremy H. Lapierre of Woonsocket; three daughters, April M. Cox and Tammy G. Werner, both of North Smithfield and Venus D. Brissette of Woonsocket; five brothers, Arthur, John, Albert and Billy Lapierre, all of Woonsocket and Ernie Lapierre of North Kingstown; six sisters, Sandra Cote, Theresa and Noella Lapierre and June Dorego, all of Woonsocket, Marie Porter of Manville and Pauline Burdiete of Maine; thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; many nephews and nieces. Mr. Lapierre was predeceased by his brother, Aram Lapierre, Jr. and two sisters, Alice Robidoux and Arlene Ramano.
His calling hours will be held Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 6 until 8PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket.
