WOONSOCKET- Therese Dufault, 84, of Woonsocket, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2012. She was the wife of the late Conrad L. Dufault. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on September 20, 1997.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Leandre and Aurore (Pellerin) Pelland.
Mrs. Dufault worked in Woonsocket as a stitcher for many years and also for Alsace, "The Guerin Mills", East School Street, Woonsocket for eight years.
She is survived by two sons, Ronald Dufault and his wife Pauline of Cumberland, and Richard Dufault and his wife Christine of Douglas, MA, four grandchildren, Ronald, Denise, Richard, and Leah Dufault. She was the sister of the late William Pelland.
The funeral will be held Friday at 9AM from the O'NEILL Funeral Home, 3102 Mendon Road, Cumberland, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM in Saint Joan of Arc Church, 3357 Mendon Road, Cumberland. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veteran's Cemetery Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Thursday 5-8PM.
