Leo l. Delaurier

WOONSOCKET- Leo L. Delaurier, 84, of Elm St., died Friday May 18, 2012 in the St. Antoine Residence, with his family by his side. He was the husband of Dorothy ( Doura) Delaurier.
Born in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, son of the late Jonas and Catherine (Monahan).
Mr. Delaurier worked as a Foreman for Drapers for 20 years and also as a Maintenance man at Providence College for 15 years prior to retiring.
Besides his wife Dorothy, he is survived by one son, Leo and wife Claudette Delaurier Jr. of Venice, Florida, one sister Lucille Sherman, of Woonsocket, and one brother Eugene Delaurier, of Harrisville. Four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was also the father of the late William Delaurier, and brother of the late Theresa Binette, Florence Levine, and Doris Kiley.
A Funeral Home Service will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at 11 A.M. in the S. Dipardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket Burial will be in St. Jean the Baptist Cemetery, Bellingham. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are Wednesday morning from 10- 11 A.M.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory to St. Antoine Residence, Alzheimer's Unit, 10 Rhodes Ave. North Smithfield, R.I. 02896
