BELLINGHAM- Jacqueline C. (Champoux) Capenito, 69, of Bellingham passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Landmark Medical Center with her loving family by her side after being stricken at home. She was the beloved wife for 48 years of James A. Capenito.
Born in Bellingham on May 24, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Theresa Prefontaine.
She was the loving mother of Lisa M. White and her husband, Robert of Woonsocket, and Sharon A. Pare and her husband, Marc of Bellingham; and leaves her cherished grandchildren, Kelly, James, Jonathan, Scott and Jamie.
A lifelong resident of Bellingham where she was raised and attended school and received her CNA specializing in the caring of Alzheimer's patients. She worked at the Woonsocket Health Center for over 27 years.
She was a member of the Church of New Hope of Millville, MA. She enjoyed sewing, crossword puzzles, and word search. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, she will be greatly missed and remain in our hearts forever.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 31st at 7:00PM at CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA. Visiting hours are from 5 to 7PM prior to service. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers donations to the Church of New Hope, 63 Central Street, Millville, MA 01529 would be appreciated.
