PASCOAG. Carol A. (Heath) Provencher, 60, of Wallum Lake Rd. entered into eternal life June 2, 2012 at RI Hospital after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Raymond Provencher.
She was born in Warwick, a daughter of the late Herbert and Barbara (O'Donnell) Heath. Mrs. Provencher was a devoted Mother and Grandmother. She lived in Warwick and Bristol for several years before moving to Pascoag.
She leaves a daughter, Sherene Loomis of Texas and a son John Wayne Provencher and his wife Lorri of Rumford, RI and a Granddaughter Trinity and a Grandson Evan Provencher; A Sister Eileen Heath of Warwick.
A Celebration of her life will be held Monday from 6 until 8 pm at Charles Coelho Funeral Home, 151 Cross St. Central Falls. Relatives and friends are invited.
