PHOENIX AZ- Helena (Haczynski) Kukla, wife of the late Edward M. Kukla died on June 19, 2012 in Phoenix AZ.
Helena was born in Lincoln, RI on October 6, 1916 and lived in Woonsocket until 1997 when she moved to Phoenix AZ.
Helena was the daughter of Beatrice (Zych) and Walter Haczynski.
She is preceded in death by her husband, parents and brothers (Stanley, Michael, Joseph, Thomas, Leo, Edward and Walter) and one sister (Irene).
She is survived by two daughters (Priscilla Boyd and Christine Dicken), a son-in-law (Michael Dicken), seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services were held in Phoenix AZ on June 30, 2012 at the Beatitudes Campus.
