WOONSOCKET - Juliette P. (Lacouture) Larder, 71, of Woonsocket, formerly of Wrentham, died July 17, 2012 in the St. Antoine Residence, North Smithfield. She leaves her husband of 39 years, William E. Larder. Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of the late Lucien and Marie Leonie (Ledoux) Lacouture.
Juliette was a cashier for Star Market. She taught English as a second language through Rhode Island Regional Adult Learning, Woonsocket. Juliette was past president of the Franco-American War Veterans Post 15 Ladies' Auxiliary.
Besides her husband, Juliette leaves her brother-in-law, Ron Larder and his wife Kathy of Fort Walton Beach, FL; her sister-in-law, Alice (Larder) Bergeron and her husband Oliva of Manville; several cousins, nephews and nieces.
Her calling hours will be held Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 5 until 7 PM with a service to follow in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
