BELLINGHAM - Estelle M. Richer 85, of Lake Shore Dr. died Wednesday at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Donat and Lucia (Roy) Richer. Estelle worked for Instron Corporation in Canton, MA for twenty five years before retiring twenty three years ago.
She is survived by her brothers Robert and Gerald Richer both of Woonsocket, three sisters Muriel Cote of N. Smithfield, Jeanne Morin of Woonsocket, and Vivian Ayotte of Blackstone, thirty six nieces and nephews whom she cherished as her own and several great nieces and nephews. Estelle was a loving and giving person and will be greatly missed. She was also the sister of the late Raymond and Roger Richer.
Her funeral with visitation will be held Monday at 8:30 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery in Woonsocket. Please visit
