LINCOLN- Rita (Bourque) Gregoire, 92, of Lincoln, died July 24, 2012 in the Holiday Nursing Home, Manville. Her husband of 53 years, Armand J. Gregoire, died in 1993. Born in Woonsocket, Rita was the daughter of George and Delores (Desjarlais) Bourque.
Rita was a communicant at St. Ambrose Church, Albion.
She leaves two sons, Paul A. Gregoire and his wife AnnMarie of Southwick, MA and Roger G. Gregoire and his wife Carol of Hebron, CT; her brother, George Bourque of Woonsocket; two sisters, Grace Gould of Lincoln and Frances Benetti of No. Smithfield; a granddaughter, Nicole Gregoire-Allis; a great grandson, Nathaniel Gregoire-Allis; many nephews and nieces. Rita was predeceased by two brothers, Gerard and Raoul Bourque and four sisters, Josephine Cartier, Melodore Rainville, Imelda Bousquet and Gabrielle Dolinski.
Her funeral will be Saturday, July 28, 2012 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Ambrose Church, 191 School St., Albion. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours are omitted. Funeral arrangements under the direction of The Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of RI, 260 West Exchange Street, Providence, RI 02903.
