Guilio A. Grassini

COVENTRY- Grassini, Guilio A., 87, passed away August 15, 2012. He was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Utraide and Maria (Dori) Grassini. Former husband and eternal love of Cecile Grassini.
He lived in Woonsocket most of his life before moving to Coventry in 2008.
Mr. Grassini was a fork lift operator for the former Ames dept. store in Mansfield, MA for 20 years before retiring in 1990. He was a WWII Army Veteran, a member of the Thunder Mist Stripper Club and the Italian Workers Men's Club of Woonsocket.
He was the father of Anthony Grassini of Scituate, Glen Grassini of Burrillville and Julia Grassini of North Smithfield. Grandfather of Anthony, Nicholas, David, Kayla, Michael, Megan. Great Grandpa of Kylie. He was the brother of Blanche Provencial and the late Ida, Luigi and Peinseiro Grassini. His funeral and burial will be private. Inurnment will be in RI Veteran's Cemetery, Exeter.
