MANVILLE- Yolanda (Campanelli) Crete, 99, of Sayles Hill Rd. died peacefully, Wednesday August 22, 2012 in the Holiday Retirement Home, with her family by her side; after a long battle with Dementia. She was the wife of the late Aram Crete.
Born in Manville, daughter of the late Luigi and Maria (Pandolfi) Campanelli.
She was raised in Manville prior to moving to Woonsocket. Yolanda moved back to Manville to live at the Holiday Retirement Home.
Yolanda worked for many years at Manville Jenkes.
She will be remembered for her warm smile.
She is survived by her daughter Louise and husband, Donald Whitehouse, of West Brookfield, MA. and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her three brothers, Serino, Louis, and Stanley.
Her Funeral Service and Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer's Association, Rhode Island Chapter, 245 Waterman St. Ste. 306, Providence, R.I. 02906-5215, in her memory would be appreciated.
The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, R.I. is in charge of the arrangements.
