BELLINGHAM- Annie L. (McIsaac) Bina, 89, of Bellingham, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 at Medway Country Manor after a period of decreasing health. She was the beloved wife of the late Jordan Bina of Dorchester deceased May 3, 1997.
Born in Boston on October 15, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Angus and Catherine M. (McNeil) McIsaac.
Lovingly survived by her daughter and son-in-law Diane M. & Paul R. Jacques of Bellingham, her Granddaughter Sandra Jacques of New Jersey, her Grandson Paul Jordan Jacques and his wife Melissa of North Attleboro. She was the Sister to the late Elizabeth MacIsaac, Daniel McIsaac, Stephen McIsaac, John McIsaac, Mary Abegg, & Josephine McKinnon. Annie was beloved by many nieces and nephews.
A 23 year resident of Bellingham, formerly of Chicopee and Dorchester and was a graduate of St. Patrick's School in Roxbury. She was the former treasurer of the Sunshine Club for the Bellingham Senior Center. Her favorite thing to do was to play bingo, and she loved to travel. Annie retired in 1988 from the Springfield Republican Newspaper and was the former bookkeeper for Suffolk Grocery of South Boston. She was a communicant of St. Blaise Church in Bellingham.
Funeral will be held on Monday, August 27th at 8:00AM from CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 So. Main St. (Rte 126), Bellingham, MA with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00AM at St. Blaise Church, 1158 So. Main St., Bellingham. Interment will follow at New Calvary Cemetery, 800 Harvard St., Mattapan. Visiting hours are on Sunday, August 26th from 4 to 7PM at the funeral home.
