BURRILLVILLE- Shirley E. (Steiner) Fish, 82, died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 in Overlook Nursing Home, Pascoag. She was the wife of the late George H. Fish. They had resided on Rock Ave. Pascoag. Born in Pascoag, she was the daughter of the late George and Viola (Lunn) Steiner.
Mrs. Fish was a mill worker in area mills for many years, she later went to school and became a Nurse. She worked in the former Lying-In Hospital in Providence. She was a dedicated member of her church; Chepachet Union Church in Glocester.
She is survived by a daughter, Janice E. Fish of Pascoag, and one grandson, Boden M. Fish. She was predeceased by a daughter, Jeanne S. Fish, two brothers, George Jr. and Francis, and one sister, Eleanor.
Her funeral arrangements are private at the request of the family and under the direction of the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag.
