WEST WARWICK- DeSANTIS, Diane H. (Mayer), 64, of Lonsdale St., passed away Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012 at home.
She was the wife of Dennis M. DeSantis, they had been married for 45 years.
Born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Rene and Gertrude (Shepard) Mayer. She has been a resident of West Warwick for the past 13 years, previously residing in Woonsocket.
Mrs. DeSantis was the owner of the former Diane's Beauty Salon, Woonsocket, for 35 years and was a communicant of Christ the King Church.
Besides her husband she is survived by a daughter, Hope E. Carlson and husband John of West Warwick; two sons, Dean M. DeSantis and wife Holly and Mark D. DeSantis and wife Erin both of Narragansett; a sister, Elaine Masterson of Woonsocket and seven grandchildren, Ashton, Hannah, Nicholas, Paige, Kayla, Olivia and Kaiya.
Her funeral will be held Friday, Oct. 5, 2012 at 8 a.m. from the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Legris Ave., West Warwick. Inurnrment will follow in Union Cemetery, Smithfield Rd., North Smithfield.
