Man charged with indecent exposure at Twin River

October 14, 2012

LINCOLN — A Johnston man was charged with indecent exposure/disorderly conduct in connection with an incident at the Twin River casino Wednesday afternoon.
Deputy Chief Scott W. Vincenzi reported that he was called to the casino security office for an indecent exposure incident while working a uniformed detail at about 4:25 p.m.
A young female employee of the Taco Bell at Twin River told investigating officers that a subject, later identified as Lawrence Mosley, 53, of Federal Way in Johnston, had allegedly followed her into the women's room closest to the food court and allegedly exposed himself to her while she washed her hands. The victim described the incident as upsetting, police said.
After further investigation, police identified Mosley as the man involved and asked him to return to the security office for further questioning. Mosley told police he had been drinking and might have walked into the room by accident, Vincenzi reported.
Mosley was placed under arrest on the charge of indecent exposure/disorderly conduct and transported to Police Headquarters for processing. He was issued a court summons and released, police said.
