WOONSOCKET - Glenis Hynes, 95, of Mendon Rd., Woonsocket and formerly of Cumberland passed away Saturday in the Ballou Home. She was the wife of the late Joseph P. Hynes.
Born in England, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lavenia Whalley. She resided in Cumberland for many years before moving to Woonsocket 23 years ago.
She was a weaver employed at various area mills for many years. Mrs. Hynes was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She leaves a son Joseph B. Hynes and his wife Lorraine of Cumberland.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Tuesday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. in the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Service and burial will be private. Directions/Guestbook:
