Christopher M. Coley, Sr.

WOONSOCKET - Christopher M. Coley, Sr., 43, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012 in Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of LaTanya M. (Palshan) Coley. Chris was born in Pawtucket, but lived in Woonsocket for most of his life. He was the son of the late Michael E. Coley and Marie I. (Cabica) Coley of Harrisville.
Mr. Coley was the owner of Big Dogz Ink Tattoo Shop, Bellingham, MA for the past 8 years. Chris loved his family first and foremost. He loved his work and enjoyed talking to his many buddies on the C.B. radio, his call number was "30" and his handle was "Chris Crinkle". Chris will be sorely missed by his family and his many friends.
He is survived by five sons, William Brown, Steven Burns III and Richard Coley all of Woonsocket, and Christopher Coley, Jr. and Joshua Coley of Vero Beach, FL; three daughters, Krystle Ruiz, Laura Burns and Rachelle Coley all of Woonsocket; two brothers, Levi Coley and Jessie Coley of Burrillville; and his sister, Tanya Coley of Burrillville; and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by his granddaughter Tegan Laroche.
His funeral will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 9 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph's Church, 1200 Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Curran Rd., Cumberland. Calling hours are Friday from 4 - 8 PM.
