WOONSOCKET- Antonio Haddad, 95, of Wood Ave. died Monday October 22, 2012, in the Woonsocket Health & Rehabilitation Center, with his family by his side. He was the husband of Lillian Benetti.
Tony and Lillian celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary this passed September.
Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Abdo and Hysna (Kaboz) Haddad.
He worked as a Shipper for several textile mills in the area.
Besides his wife Lillian he is survived by one brother John Haddad of Woonsocket and several nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Jeannette Arees, Mary and Lucy Haddad.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday at 10 A.M. in St. Anthony Church, Green St. Woonsocket, R.I. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland, R.I. Relatives and friends are invited. The S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home 1583 Diamond Hill rd. Woonsocket, R.I. is in charge of the arrangement.
