WOONSOCKET- Normand E. Jette, 71, of Salisbury St. Died Thursday November 1, 2012 in the Home & Hospice Care, of Rhode Island, in Providence.
Born in Woonsocket, son of the late Honorius and Isabelle (Gaudette) Jette.
Normand worked for Flox Tech Industries, and various textile mills in the area.
He is survived by his Partner for 6 years Dennis Bates, of Woonsocket, R.I. and one brother Honorius Jette, of Woonsocket, R.I. One sister, Evelyn Williams, of Woonsocket, R.I. and several nieces and nephews.
He was also the brother of the late Theresa Comtois, Barbara Vitello, Pauline Boucher, Doris Jette, Francis, Robert, and Edward Jette.
A Funeral Home Service will be held on Monday Evening at 8 P.M. in the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are Monday from 6-8 P.M.
