CHRISTMAS COLLECTION

December 14, 2012

Pat Dempster, left, executive director of Because He Lives Ministries, was the recipient of a large collection of non-perishable food items collected by members of the Woonsocket Teachers Guild during their recent holiday party. Pictured presenting the donations at the Teachers Guild Offices Wednesday are, from left, Guild President Jeff Partington; Jessica Frechette, special education teacher at Globe Park School; Rebecca Ducharme, special education teacher at Woonsocket Middle School-Villanovan; and Ruth Senecal, special education para professional at Woonsocket High School. The items will be used during the Because He Lives Christmas Dinner, which will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Christmas Day in the basement of All Saints Church in Woonsocket.
