WOONSOCKET - Rita A. (Dubois) Beaulieu, 82, of Elmore Ave. died peacefully on Thursday December 13, 2012, in the Holiday Nursing Home, with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Lucien W. Beaulieu. Rita and Lucien, celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary on February 3, 2012.
Born in Woonsocket, daughter of Alfred and Alice (Brule) Dubois.
Rita worked as a Stitcher, for Stalan Sportswear and Narragansett Knitting, for several years prior to retiring.
Rita enjoyed spending time with her beloved family and friends.
Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Roger and wife Brenda Beaulieu, of Woonsocket, R.I., Robert and wife Gail of Milliville, Mass. Three daughters, Lorraine and husband James Callahan Jr., Nancy Belisle, and Winston Ajce , and Janet Beaulieu, all of Woonsocket, R.I. Seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, and several great -grandchildren. She also was the sister of the late Raymond Dubois.
Her funeral will be held on Tuesday December 18th, at 9 A.M. from the S. DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1583 Diamond Hill Rd. Woonsocket, R.I. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Avenue. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, Mass. Relatives and friends are invited; calling hours are Monday Dec. 17th from 5- 8 P.M.
