NORTH SMITHFIELD- Jeannette T. Westergren 65, resident of North Smithfield died January 11, 2013 at Pawtucket Memorial Hospital.
She was the loving wife of John Westergren of North Smithfield.
She was born in Woonsocket RI, a daughter of Theresa (Lewberg) Lapierre of Woonsocket and the late Robert Lapierre.
Jeanette was a registered nurse for the Rehabilitation Center of RI. She was a graduate of Pawtucket Memorial Nursing School. She was a resident of North Smithfield for the last 34 years; previously she was raised and grew up in Nasonville section of Burrillville.
Besides her loving husband she is survived by her two daughters, Jenna Houle of North Smithfield and Jane Kay of Woonsocket, granddaughter Anna Houle, brothers Robert and Marcel Lapierre, and her twin sister Annette Armstrong, sisters Muriel Cole, Judy England and Debbie Pimental.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 10am from the Keene-Brown Funeral Home 445 Greenville Rd. No. Smithfield with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Theresas Church Dion Dr. Nasonville. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4pm until 7pm.
