SMITHFIELD- Angela J. (Bonoyer) Carney, 48, of Smithfield, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013 in RI Hospital, Providence. She was the wife of Thomas Carney whom she married Dec. 15, 2001.
Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of Elizabeth (Smith) Bonoyer of Pascoag and the late Louis Bonoyer.
Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Emily Bonoyer and Sarah Simpson, and she was "mama" to Maggie and Deven Carney. She is also survived by six brothers, John Bonoyer and Paul Bonoyer of Harrisville, Robert Bonoyer of Chepachet, Kevin Bonoyer of Marathon, FL, Gary Bonoyer Buckeye, AZ and Daniel Bonoyer of Pascoag, and one grandchild. She was predeceased a brother, James Bonoyer and a sister, Marie Pafundi.
Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 at 10AM from the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag. Burial will follow in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours will be on Monday from 4 to 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Boulevard, Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852-9813.
