SCITUATE- BLANCHARD, Robert E., 65, of Peck Hill Road died Monday at his home. He was the beloved husband of Barbara Ann (Duclos) Blanchard. They were married for 42 years.
Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Joseph and Juliette (Richer) Blanchard. He lived in Scituate for 12 years previously living in Coventry.
Mr. Blanchard was the owner and operator of Water Treatment Solutions. He retired from the former N. E. Telephone Company. He was a US Navy veteran.
He is also survived by his children, Michael R. Blanchard and Julie F. Maccarone both of Warwick, grandchildren, Samuel, Emma and Ethan and a sister, Jean Glaude of N. Ft. Myers, FL.
Funeral Friday at 9am from the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Joseph Church, Danielson Pike, North Scituate. Burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 4-7 pm.
