WOONSOCKET - Andre "Andy" M. DeBlois, 86, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013 at Home & Hospice Care of RI, Providence. He was the husband of the late Loretta (Marcil) DeBlois. Born in Blackstone, MA, he was the son of the late Nepolian and Olina (Picard) DeBlois. He lived in Woonsocket for most of his life.
Andy worked as a machinist for the former St. Regis Paper Company of Attleboro, Ma. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII.
He is survived by one son, Paul DeBlois of Harrisville, one daughter, Denise Dalpe of Falmouth, MA, two sisters, Jeanne Lamoureux of Woonsocket, Claire Bisson of Narragansett, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Gerald and Rene DeBlois, Annette Brouillard, Cecile Gaboury, and Lucienne Bisson.
Arrangements are private at the request of the family and are being handled by the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag.
