BURRILLVILLE- Jeffery J. Hagerty 51 resident of Pascoag passed January 29, 2013 at the Zambarano Hospital in Pascoag RI.
He was born in Woonsocket RI, a son of the late James Sr. & Lydia (Pacheco) Hagerty.
Jeff worked for Arc of Northern RI for many years. He was a lifelong resident of Burrillville. He was a participant of the Special Olympics in which he received numerous medals. Jeff enjoyed sports watching the New England Patriots and wrestling.
He is survived by his brother James Hagerty Jr. of Nasonville, sister Lydia Hughes of Fitchburg MA. He is also survived by his nephews, Scott Hughes of Fall River, Timothy Hagerty of Glendale, Eric, Christopher, and James Decourcy all of NH.
He was preceded in death by his brother Wayne Hagerty, and a sister Christine Decourcy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 11am in St. Theresa's Church Dion Drive Nasonville. Burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Pascoag will be held privately. Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home 1496 Victory Hwy. in Oakland.
