DAVENPORT, FL- Suzanne Michelle (Kuster) Pignolet born in Woonsocket RI, wife of Jules L. Pignolet (formerly) of Woonsocket RI, Daughter of Muriel (Theriault) Kuster of Florida and the late Robert E. Kuster, passed away Tuesday January 26th after a long battle with diabetes.
She is survived by a son, Peter L. Pignolet, of Clermont Florida; a sister, Charlotte L. Kuster, of Manville RI; and a brother, Robert E. Kuster, of Florida.
Mrs. Pignolet worked from 1968 to 1982 in retail stores throughout Woonsocket and was a former secretary at All Saints Parish Church (formerly St. Louis) for 19 years. She was a member of the Parish Folk Group, worked as a CCD teacher, and served as a Youth Minister at the parish for 5 years. She also regularly supported the parishes Boy Scout troops various events & fundraisers.
Mrs. Pignolet was a member of the Board of Directors for the C.Y.O. Center of Woonsocket for 15 years, supporting the many youth activities which were held at the center, as well as the parish. She was also a member of the parish Ladies Guild. Suzanne was also part of the Presentation of Mary Lay Association for many years, which is affiliated with the Presentation of Mary Sisters.
Suzanne was loved by everyone she touched... we'll miss her kind heart, comforting words, and cheerful smile.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 6th at 11am in Corpus Christi Church, 1050 Celebration Avenue, Celebration, Florida, 34747. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association (Please search for "Suzanne Pignolet" at
