BURRILLVILLE- Grace F. (Austin) Ducharme, 96, died Friday Mar. 8, 2013 in Overlook Nursing Home, Pascoag. She was the wife of the late Raymond J. Ducharme.
Born in Smithfield, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Lila (Ingerson) Austin and step daughter of the late Grace Austin.
She worked for many years in area Textile Mills and retired after 13 years as a CNA from Zambarano Hospital.
Grace is survived by her daughter, Beverly Collins of Harrisville, three grandchildren: Kathleen Collins, Michael Collins and his wife Jennifer and Patricia Collins and her husband Jose, six great grandchildren, a sister, Doris Cole of Tiverton, and two brothers, Earl Austin of Providence and Charles Atwood of North Scituate. She was predeceased by six brothers and five sisters.
Her funeral services will be private and are under the direction of the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave. Pascoag. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Harrisville Fire District, 201 Callahan School St., Harrisville, RI 02830.
