WOONSOCKET- Paul H. Mongeon, 69, of Woonsocket passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center surrounded by family and friends.
Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of the late Norman Mongeon and Constance (Cote) Mongeon.
He is survived by three children, Deborah Mongeon of Jerome, AZ, Daniel Mongeon of Dedham, MA, and Elaine Mongeon of Los Angeles, CA; spouse of many years and friend, Dr. Joanne Parnell Mongeon of Onset, MA; daughter-in-law, Caroline O'Shea; two grandchildren, Brendan and Desmond Mongeon; sister, Janice Sousa; nieces, Janine Cote and Sharon Costa; great niece, Aimee Lee Joubert, and great nephew, Jeremy Joubert.
His funeral will be held Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 9 AM from the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Agatha's Church, 34 Joffre Ave. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Cumberland. Calling hours are Friday from 5-8 PM.
