WOONSOCKET- Elvina (Mandeville) Delorme, 89, of Summit St. passed away Friday in the Landmark Medical Center, Woonsocket. She was the beloved wife of the late Marcel Delorme.
Born in Masonville, P.Q., Canada she was the daughter of the late Hormidas and Edourdina (Lambert) Mandeville. She was a lifelong Woonsocket resident.
She was employed by the former Amprex Co., Woonsocket for 10 years until her retirement in 1986. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church, Woonsocket.
Mrs. Delorme leaves three children, Richard Delorme of Holden, MA; Suzanne Keeley of Scottsdale, AZ and Helene Delisle of Cumberland. She also leaves a sister, Irene St. Pierre of Pascoag and two grandchildren; Michael Delorme and Jennifer Crowley. She was also the sister of the late Ephrem, Wilfred, John, William, Gorge Delorme and Anna Menard.
A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. from the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home, 757 Mendon Rd. Rte. 122, Cumberland. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 414 South Main St., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery, Blackstone, MA.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Calling hours Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Holy Family Church, Restoration Fund. Directions/Guestbook:
