LINCOLN- Beatrice T. (Paquette) Plante, 83, of Manville Ave., died April 3, 2013 in The Holiday, Lincoln.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was the daughter of the late George and Dianise (Croteau) Paquette.
She lived in Woonsocket for most of her life.
She worked in the packaging department for the former Birch Hill Poultry Co., No. Smithfield. Beatrice was an avid crocheter and made many beautiful items including many blankets that her children and grandchildren enjoy to this day.
She is survived by her four children, Rolande Romblad of No. Providence, Muriel Berard of Manville, Michael Plante of No. Smithfield, and Jane Smith of Uxbridge; her brother Roger Paquette of Woonsocket; her sister Lorraine Sabourin of Middlefield, CT; ten grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Robert Paquette and Mary Rose Lacroix.
Her funeral will be held Friday, April 5, 2013 starting with visitation at 9 AM and a service at 10:30 AM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket, RI. Burial will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, 314 Wrentham Rd., Bellingham. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Holiday Activities Fund, 30 Sayles Hill Rd. Manville, RI 02838.
