WOONSOCKET- Maureen A. Doyon, resident of Woonsocket, passed away on April 21, 2013 at the Oakland Grove Health Center.
She was the wife of Marcel Doyon.
She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of Albert Champagne Sr. and the late & Jeannette (Beauchemin) Champagne.
Maureen was a registered nurse and worked for the Zambarano Hospital in Pascoag, RI. She was a resident of Woonsocket all her life.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Doria Gelinas, granddaughter, Karmyn Morris, brothers, Albert and Alan Champagne, sisters, Elaine Leduc, Leona Fontaine, Donna Champagne, Luanne Romero, Kathy (Kate) Fontaine, and Renee Champagne.
Funeral services and burial will be held privately. Arrangements are under the direction of the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield, RI.
