CUMBERLAND- Vincent Gesualdi, 73, of Heroux Blvd., died April 28, 2013 in North Attleboro, MA. He was the husband of the late Eileen O. (Dubois) Gesualdi.
Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Francisco and Rosaria (Decotis)Gesualdi.
He was a 1957 graduate of Woonsocket High School and earned his Bachelor's degree from Bryant University in 1972. Vincent worked for many years as a traffic managerfor Union Wadding Co., Pawtucket, retiring in 2005. He served in the United States Navy and was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan.
He is survived by his son, Kirk Gesualdi and his wifeChristine of Oakland; his daughter, Kimberly Vadenais of West Warwick; his companion of 15 years Louise Bucko of Cumberland; and his brother Frank Gesualdi of Woonsocket. He was predeceased by his three sisters,Antoinette Collard, Filomena Proietti, and Angela Resigna.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 10AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 63 Church Street,Slatersville. Burial will private. Calling hours are Friday from 4-7 PM in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 So. Main St., Woonsocket, RI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute - Jimmy Fund at P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
