HARMONY- Gary W. Wheaton, 62, of Harmony, RI, passed away on Monday at Landmark Medical Ctr.
Born Oct. 20, 1950 in Providence, he was the son of the late Guy & Margaret (Nichols) Wheaton.
Gary served in the U.S. NAVY during the Vietnam Era, He was employed in various marine industry positions including the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. He was also a Chief Boiler Inspector for the State of R.I. and most recently employed as an Inspector for Commercial Union Insurance Co.
He is survived by his brother Guy E. Wheaton 111 of Forestdale, 2 nephews Benjamin Wheaton & Guy E. "Gig" Wheaton 1V, also his former wife, Helen Beaudoin of Harmony.
Relatives & Friends are invited to a visitation hour on Saturday, May 11th from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Kubaska Funeral Home, 33 Harris Ave. Woonsocket, followed by a Prayer Service at 12:00 P.M. Burial will be private,
