BELLINGHAM, MA- Jacqueline R. Ouimette, 81, of Center Street, died August 1, 2013 at home. She was the wife of Raymond R. Ouimette and the late Jean Normand Chasse.
Born in Woonsocket, RI, she was a daughter of the late Gaston and Rosanna (Perron) Trinque.
She had also resided in Wareham, MA and in Florida during her lifetime.
Jacqueline had worked as a stitcher and supervisor at various area mills. She was an avid golfer and a member of Reservation Golf Course in Mattapoisett, MA. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society.
Besides her husband Raymond, she is survived by her sons, Dale Chasse and his wife Carol of Woonsocket, John Chasse and his wife Dee of Bellingham and Andre Chasse and his wife Julie of Franklin, TN, and a daughter, Marcy Ravenelle and her husband Brian of Woonsocket. She also leaves step-children including Susan Kennefick and her husband Billy of Fairhaven, MA, Denise Dipaola and her husband Rick of Acushnet, Donald Ouimette of Fairhaven, Raymond Ouimette Jr, and his wife Chris of Rochester, MA, fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren and three step-siblings. She was pre-deceased by her stepson Eugene Ouimette.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, August 7th at 10:00AM in All Saints Church, Rathbun Street, Woonsocket, RI. The family will greet guests at the church at 9:30AM. All other services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to American Parkinson Disease Assoc, Inc, (RI Chapter APDA) PO Box 41659, Providence, RI 02940.
