WOONSOCKET- Therese M. Methot, 86, of Woonsocket died Tuesday at Landmark Medical Center.
Born in Manville, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Eugenie (Briere) Guilmain. She was raised in Manville and lived most of her life in Woonsocket.
Therese was homemaker and had a special place in her heart for animals and loved her dog "Princess". She also enjoyed gardening and puzzles.
She is survived by a son Alfred A. Methot, and his wife Bea, of Woonsocket, a grandson Jason Guy and a great-grandson Jason Guy Jr. She was the sister of the late Eugene and Normand Guilmain.
Visiting hours will be held Friday from 6-8 pm in the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of the United States 2100 L St. NW, Washington, DC. 20037.
