SUN CITY CENTER, FLORIDA- Warren R. Goodwin, 89, of Sun City Center, Florida, formerly of North Smithfield, RI passed away on July 2, 2013.
He is survived by his wife Lois of 66 years. He will be sadly missed by his 5 children, Bradford of Sun City Center, FL., Brian, Warren, Jr. and Scott all of North Smithfield, and Lori Goodwin of West Palm Beach, FL. He was a grandfather of 8 and a great grandfather of five and also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Warren was preceded in death by his brother Fred Goodwin and his sisters Olive Muir, Millie Allaire and Frannie Dowding.
Warren proudly served with the US Navy during WWII. He was an avid golfer who got thirteen holes-in-ones during his golfing years. He enjoyed many years of retirement in Florida after owning and operating the Goodwin Brothers Farm in North Smithfield, along with his brother Fred.
Calling hours will be held August 20th from 9 to 11AM at the Keene-Brown Funeral Home, 445 Greenville Rd., North Smithfield, followed by a Memorial Service at the RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter.
