SPRING HILL, FL- Linda Jeanne Marchand, 65, of Spring Hill, FL, formerly of Albion, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 from cancer. She is the wife of Roger J. Marchand.
Born in Woonsocket, December 16, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Rudolph and Mary (Clements) Fafard.
She also resided in Raynam, MA, and Scotch Plains, NJ.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Anne-Marie Howarth of South Plainfield, NJ, two sons, Christopher Marchand of Jackson, NJ and Professor Joseph Marchand of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; three grandchildren, Justin and Jenna Howarth, and Joseph Louis Marchand. She is also survived by three sisters Julieanne Burns of Albion, Kathleen Fafard and Mary Jane McNally both of Uxbridge, MA , and a brother Thomas Fafard of Uxbridge, MA.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday August 31, 2013 at 5:00 PM in St. Ambrose Church, 191 School St., Albion, RI. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to the HPH Hospice of Hernando
