Rita A. Plante

JOHNSTON- Rita A. Plante 91, of Pocasset Bay Manor in Johnston, formerly of Mapleville, died Thursday at Fatima Hospital. She was the wife of the late Alfred Plante and Oscar H. Beauchamp.
Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Emma (Aubin) Chabot.
Rita was a salesperson for Mary Kay Cosmetics for many years and was awarded a pink Cadillac.
She is survived by two grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Rita was predeceased by her son Oscar J. Beauchamp, and brother Armand Chabot.
Visitation will be held Sunday 2:00 - 3:00 PM at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St., Woonsocket, with a service at 3:00 PM. Burial will be held Monday in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham, beginning at the funeral home at 10:00 AM. For guestbook and directions, please visit www.fournierandfournier.com.
